VPSRU Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated April 1, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By registering an account, purchasing services, or using any products provided by : vpsru ("Provider", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. 2. DEFINITIONS

   "Services" refers to Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Web Hosting, Domain Registration, and related infrastructure services provided by us.    "Client Area" refers to the customer portal where you manage your account, services, and billing.    "Cryptocurrency" refers to digital currencies accepted for payment, including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USD on TRON network (USDT-TRC20), and Tether USD on Binance Smart Chain (USDT-BSC).    "Internal Wallet" refers to the credit balance within your Client Area account on our platform.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION 3.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. 3.2 Email Verification (Mandatory)

   A valid, active, and accessible email address is required for registration.    You must verify your email address before any Service can be activated or accessed.    We strongly recommend using your primary, personal, or business email address (not temporary or disposable addresses) to ensure receipt of critical notifications regarding billing, security, and service updates.    Failure to maintain access to your registered email address may result in suspension of Services without prior notice.

3.3 Identity Verification

   We currently do not require formal government-issued identity verification (KYC) for standard account creation.    However, we reserve the right to request additional verification information at our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or as required by applicable law.

3.4 Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at : support[at]vpsru.net of any unauthorized use. 4. SERVICES AND INFRASTRUCTURE 4.1 Service Descriptions Detailed specifications for VPS plans, Hosting packages, and Domain registration are available in our Client Area. These descriptions form an integral part of these Terms. 4.2 Global Infrastructure (Reseller Model)

   We operate as a global service aggregator, providing infrastructure sourced from multiple third-party data centers worldwide.    Server locations are indicated during the order process. Availability of specific locations is subject to change based on partnerships, infrastructure updates, and legal considerations.    We do not guarantee that a specific physical server or data center will remain available for the entire duration of your subscription, but we commit to providing equivalent or superior replacement infrastructure in the event of relocation.

4.3 Modifications We reserve the right to update hardware, software, or network infrastructure to reflect technological advances, provided such changes do not materially degrade the core performance obligations outlined in your order. 4.4 Domain Registration Domain services are subject to the rules and policies of the respective domain registry (e.g., ICANN, EURid). Registration, transfer, renewal, and deletion of domains are governed by these Terms and applicable registry policies. 5. PAYMENT TERMS (CRYPTOCURRENCY ONLY) 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods We accept payment exclusively via Cryptocurrency. Currently supported currencies:

   Bitcoin (BTC)    Ethereum (ETH)    Tether USD (USDT) on TRON network (TRC20)    Tether USD (USDT) on Binance Smart Chain (BSC)

Additional cryptocurrencies may be added or removed at our discretion with notice. 5.2 Pricing and Invoicing

   Prices are listed in : USD but are payable in the cryptocurrency equivalent at the exchange rate determined by our payment processor at the moment of transaction.    Invoices are generated upon order confirmation and are payable immediately.    Services are activated only after the required cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain (typically after :  1-3 network confirmations).

5.3 Irreversibility of Crypto Payments

   Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. No refunds will be issued for payments sent to incorrect addresses, for wrong amounts, or due to user error.    You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct transaction details. We are not liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by blockchain network congestion, wallet errors, or third-party payment processors.

5.4 Refund Policy (Service Credits)

   Eligibility: Refunds may be considered only in cases of proven technical failure of our infrastructure (e.g., persistent server downtime, data loss due to our negligence) AND only if the Service has not been actively used or configured beyond initial setup.    Method: Approved refunds will not be returned to your external cryptocurrency wallet. Instead, the equivalent value (calculated in : USD at the time of original payment) will be credited to your Internal Wallet within your Client Area.    Usage of Credits: Internal Wallet credits can be used for future service renewals, upgrades, or new purchases. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.    Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, domain registration fees, and payments for services that have been actively used are generally non-refundable.

6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND ACCEPTABLE USE 6.1 Lawful Use You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. 6.2 Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited:

   Spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or operating botnets.    Hosting illegal content, including copyrighted material without license, child exploitation material, or content promoting hate speech/violence.    Engaging in DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any activity intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to networks.    Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting or VPS plans not explicitly designated for such use.    Reselling Services without prior written authorization.    Any activity that violates the acceptable use policies of our upstream data center providers.

6.3 Content Responsibility You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, hosted, or transmitted via your Services. We do not proactively monitor content but will act upon valid abuse reports (see Clause 10). 6.4 Backups Unless explicitly included in your plan, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances. 7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT 7.1 Uptime Commitment We strive to maintain network availability of 99.9% for our infrastructure. This is a target, not a guaranteed SLA, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. 7.2 Maintenance Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via email or status page ( status.vpsru.net). Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. 7.3 Support Technical support is provided via : Ticket System/Email at support[at]vpsru.net. Response times vary based on issue severity and plan level. Support covers issues related to our infrastructure, not third-party software you install. 8. TERM, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION 8.1 Term Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, annually) as selected at purchase. 8.2 Suspension We may suspend Services immediately if:

   Payment is not received by the due date.    We detect activity violating these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.    Your account poses a security risk to our network or other users.

8.3 Termination

   By You: You may cancel recurring services via your Client Area. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.    By Us: We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

8.4 Data Retention After Termination

   Upon termination or cancellation, your Services will be deactivated immediately.    Your data may be retained on our systems for a maximum grace period of three (3) days to allow for retrieval.    After 3 days, all data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. We assume no liability for data loss after this period.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, : vpsru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or cryptocurrency value fluctuations. 9.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim. 9.3 We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including internet outages, third-party provider failures, blockchain network issues, or acts of government. 10. ABUSE REPORTING AND CONTENT MODERATION 10.1 Reporting Abuse Suspected illegal content or policy violations can be reported to : abuse[at]vpsru.net. Reports should include specific details (URLs, IP addresses, timestamps, description of violation). 10.2 Our Process Upon receiving a valid, substantiated report, we will investigate and may:

   Forward the complaint to the affected user for response.    Temporarily suspend access to allegedly infringing content pending investigation.    Remove content or terminate accounts in cases of clear, egregious, or repeated violations.

10.3 User Appeals If your content is removed or account suspended, you may appeal the decision by contacting support with a detailed explanation. We will review appeals in good faith. 11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY 11.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 11.2 For hosting services, you are the "data controller" for any personal data you process using our infrastructure. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws. 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 12.1 Our Services, software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended. 12.2 You retain all rights to the content you create and host. 13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 13.1 Governing Law (International Framework) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, without regard to any specific jurisdiction's conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. 13.2 Dispute Resolution

   Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via : [email protected].    If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in  Singapore, or a neutral venue agreed by both parties in accordance with the rules of ICC.    The arbitration award shall be final and binding.

13.3 Class Action Waiver You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class or representative actions. 14. GENERAL PROVISIONS 14.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vpsru 14.2 Severability If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. 14.3 Assignment You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
